Influence of use of means of urgent restoration on physical working capacity and dynamics of functional condition of football players

It is stated, that the dosed out reception of milk in the sharp period of restoration after muscular work of football players promotes detention of calcium in an organism owing to surplus of phosphates in milk which are deduced from an organism and as onsequence lead to a smaller loss of calcium during metabolic acidosis. It causes stabilization and even some decrease in a parameter of a parity of calcium and phosphorus. Such dynamics of mineral structure of urine testifies to less expressed infringement of a mineral homeostasis, that promotes faster course of processes of restoration.
