The aim of the research was to study antianginal effectiveness of If channel inhibitor and its influence on myocardial perfusion in patients with CHD associated with COLD. The study was undertaken in 39 patients with CHD and COLD. General clinical and special research methods were used (echocardiography, loading test, radioisotopic examination, spirometry). With the help of random sampling technique patients were divided into 2 groups. Patients of both groups were treated with traditional medicine, but 1st group patients also received ivabradine. The given therapy led to the improvement of clinical implications of stenocardia manifested in the reduction of anginal episodes and short range nitrates need, increase in physical tolerance and myocardial perfusion. Positive dynamics of clinical implications of coronary insufficiency was more expressed in patients who received ivabradine, than in 2nd group patients. According to spirometry data none of the groups displayed worsening of external respiration function.
