The influence of barley aphid (Diuraphis noxia) damage in the grain-bug-and baking quality of soft spring wheat

The article presents the results of the study of the influence of barley aphids on the damage of spring wheat grain by pests and its baking qualities. Crop losses from barley aphids are 15-20%. It had the greatest negative impact on the technological quality of wheat varieties Kinelskaya joy. All samples showed a decrease in all the studied parameters. The greatest influence of barley aphids had on the strength of flour. The most resistant varieties to damage to the grain of barley aphids were varieties Kinelskaya 59 and Kinelskaya jubilee.
