The influence of ecology on the physical qualities of an athlete

The article is devoted to the study of the impact of environmental factors on the physical qualities of athletes. The main aspects such as air and water pollution, climatic conditions and their impact on health and athletic performance are considered. Both negative and positive environmental influences are discussed, as well as the importance of creating a comfortable and healthy environment to achieve high sports results.
