The studies of hemostasis condition have been performed experimentally in 36 adult dogs during leg lengthening with heparin use and without it in the period of distraction. It has been established that distraction osteosynthesis leads to blood coagulability increase up to the lower limit of «normal values» by 21st day of distraction. At the same time heparin consumption grows and blood fibrinolytic activity decreased. Dynamically the changes conform to exhibitions of resorption activity of the bone formed initially. The use of exogenous heparin decreases the activity of the coagulating system and prolongs the period of blood fibrinolytic activity decrease.
