The influence of exogenous factors on functioning of local territories in the region

In the study the questions of the influence of major exogenous factors on the development and effective functioning of local territories was considered. The idea of economic development of the territory of the region was based on the allocation of the researches which study factors, features and conditions for economic growth. In this sense the research of influence of exogenous factors represents new scientific direction which allows defining on the basis of the analysis of extent of the influence of factors of strategic directions for perspective development of local territories for the purpose of optimization the use of resource potential and production and services taking into account specifics of local territory. As a result of the analysis the defining factors influencing the development of local territories were defined: economic, information, welfare and public.
