Influence of elements of infrastructure on development agrarian sector of the region

The analysis of the degree of influence of infrastructure elements on the development of the agricultural sector of the West Kazakhstan region is carried out. A prerequisite for the territorial development of agriculture is the presence of climatic and socio-economic factors. Agriculture is an industry specialization of the region. The largest share is animal husbandry. The development of agriculture largely depends on the industrial and social infrastructure. Using the methods of correlation and regression analysis and statistical indicators of industrial and social infrastructure development, the most significant infrastructure factors were identified: average nominal wages in agriculture in the region, input of residential buildings in the region, number of agricultural enterprises of the region that affect gross output of the agricultural sector. Further calculations will be related to the optimization of agricultural investment processes. With an increase in the average monthly nominal wage in the industry by 1 tenge, gross agricultural output will increase by an average of 1.9 million tenge. The growth of commissioning residential buildings per square meter gives an increase in gross agricultural output by 996.7 million tenge. With an increase in the number of agricultural enterprises by 1 unit, the gross output of agricultural products will increase on average by 347.0 million tenge.
