The article is devoted to the influence of ethical considerations, cultural diversity and gender equality on modern management. Ethical considerations, cultural diversity and gender equality have been found to significantly influence approaches to corporate social responsibility. A sharp increase in the importance of ethical considerations in the management of a company has been established. The importance of successfully overcoming gender inequality and effectively managing multicultural teams for the implementation of corporate social responsibility strategies has been identified.
