The impact of personnel security on the development and effectiveness of personnel in an organization

The article examines modern measures taken by the Russian Government to neutralize risks in the development of companies in the context of a shortage of qualified personnel. Particular attention is paid to the strategy of importing specialists from the countries of the Middle East, Asia and friendly countries, as well as attempts to relocate Russian experts working abroad. In addition, innovative approaches are discussed, including the revival of the USSR experience with subsidizing the educational activities of graduates at specialized enterprises. Analysis of these measures allows us to understand what steps are being taken to solve the problem of personnel shortages and how they affect the development of the corporate sector in Russia.
