The work examines the influence of an organization’s personnel policy on the development processes of its personnel, defines the concept of a personnel development system, and also identifies its subsystems, namely: training and advanced training of personnel, division of labor and preparation of a personnel reserve, group coaching, delegation of authority and rotation frames. The main types of personnel policy are considered and their features are highlighted and the relationship between a certain type of personnel policy and personnel development is traced.
