The article shows the impact of personnel restructuring on the activities of a tourism company. It is established that the personnel policy in the current conditions should be integrated into the development strategy of a tourist enterprise, that is, it is necessary to develop a personnel policy taking into account the life cycle of a tourist enterprise. The analysis made it possible to determine that the most effective would be a comprehensive restructuring, rather than individual, local changes in any one area of activity of a tourism enterprise. Moreover, the process of implementing a comprehensive restructuring should begin with personnel restructuring, that is, with the selection of personnel who would meet the goals of the restructuring, especially for the management staff. It is proved that for successful functioning, tourism enterprises must transform their structures so that they have the potential to solve new tasks dictated by the market, that is, there is an objective need for personnel restructuring of tourism enterprises as a multidimensional and interdependent complex of transformative measures, processes, methods that serve to increase their competitiveness and relate to the following aspects of activity: personnel service, personnel policy, organizational structure of management, human resources potential, staff training and development system.
