The effect of alkaline earth cations on the solubility of water in the sodium borosilicate glasses was investigation by the methods of vibrational spectroscopy. The water’s forms were established in the syntheses hydrous glasses. Influence of the structural factors on the behavior of water in the glasses studied compositions was shown.
