Influence of classical education on cultural life of the Russian empire in the 19th - the beginning of the 20th century: experience of quantitative analyses

The article deals with the classical secondary education in the Russian empire. The author shows that there is no direct correspondence between the type of education and its influence on the social and cultural development of the country in the late XIX - early XXth century.
