This article is made for the researching practice of the impact of clientocracy on the organization structure of a company. Сlientocracy is an approach to management, which is based on the client's position at the center of all business and decision-making processes. The article provides an analysis of the affection of clientocracy on the organization structure of a company, including changes in staff roles and their responsibilities, decision-making, communication and coordination processes. This article includes recommendations for the use this model of the management approach in a company, which are based on results of this research.
