Influence of conflicts in the teaching staff on the educational process

This article is devoted to the study of the influence of conflicts in the teaching staff on the educational process. The research is based on the study of existing theoretical knowledge in this field, understanding of the circumstances of conflicts in the team and methods of avoiding them, as well as on the practical skills of teachers’ actions in conflict situations.
