The article presents an analysis of the transformation of talent management practices in the context of digitalization and the spread of remote work. The purpose of the study is to identify the key challenges and opportunities that new work formats and digital technologies create for attracting, developing and retaining talent in organizations, as well as to determine the directions for adapting HR strategies and tools to changes. The author analyzes the main trends in HR digitalization, their impact on the competitive environment for talent and personnel management practices. The possibilities of using digital tools at different stages of talent management - recruiting, training, performance management, as well as the role of data analytics in making personnel decisions are considered. Key changes in the requirements for the role and competencies of HR specialists are identified. Based on the analysis, recommendations are proposed for transforming EVP, using digital technologies in working with talents, adapting management practices to working with remote teams. It is concluded that the ability of companies to effectively adapt talent management systems to new realities becomes a source of competitive advantage in the digital age.
