In this paper we consider the branch company «N...» in the city of Tomsk. criteria for the impact of corporate culture have been developed to adapt the new employees, which were used for the analysis of the organization, which allowed us to estimate the efficiency of joining the team of workers came. Consideration of the corporate culture was carried out based on the model K. Cameron and Robert Quinn with the help of a mini-survey of employees, which allowed to determine the type of corporate culture of the company branch.
