The impact of the corporate environment on the formation of the internal financial control system

The article examines the nature and specifics of corporate financial control, the process of its formation depending on internal organizational, managerial and economic factors. Network companies are characterized by a complex structure, its territorial remoteness, as well as the diversification of activities, the directions of which may be poorly interconnected. In these conditions, it is necessary to define a financial control strategy, establish priorities for evaluating the effectiveness of planning, distribution and expenditure of funds. In modern conditions of economic development, the competitiveness of business entities in terms of network interaction can be ensured only through the transition to an innovative form of economic activity. Therefore, the number of companies involved in the development and implementation of various projects in order to transform the management and organizational control system is growing rapidly. The introduction of modern technologies into production, management and marketing is a rather laborious process and requires significant monetary resources. The corporate financial control system should ensure the fulfillment of current and strategic tasks, since its effectiveness affects the quality of management decisions, allows you to choose the optimal trajectory of business development. The study presents a subsystem of corporate financial control, develops its multifunctional model, and defines evaluation criteria for its effectiveness.
