Effect of heredity quotient of upgrading breed on length and efficiency cows employment

Increased productivity of dairy cattle domestic breeds through the use of heredity improving breeds significantly exacerbated the problem of extending the productive using of animals. The main reason for the decline of their productive longevity is mismatch of increased genetic potential productivity cows usage conditions. The studies were conducted in the breeding farms of the Omsk region, distributing Red Step and Black-and-White breeds and originators of Priobskii, Sibirskii and Kulundinskii types. For the analysis were used data from the primary breeding records, including the AIS “Seleks” database. Reduction of the life of the animal was observed only in low productive herds. In the herd of Priobskii type increase heredity quotient of Holstein had no adverse effect on the duration of the life cows. Animals with minimal heredity quotient inferior to counterparts on 5716-6257 kg for lifetime productivity (P
