The antibodies to chemical carcinogen benzo(a)pyrene (Bp) and steroid hormones, estradiol (Es) and progesterone (Pg), were investigated at healthy men and patients with lung cancer (LC). At smoking patients with lung cancer were more frequent high value ratios of levels of IgA-Bp/Pg>1,5, IgG-Bp/Pg> 2 and IgG-Es/Pg>1,5 than in healthy male smokers. In this case the risks of lung cancer increases in 6,1-11,5 times.
