The results of studying of perspective antagonist strains of Fusarium pathogens on possible pathogenic or toxic impact on the soybean culture are presented. It is shown that the examined laboratory samples of biological preparations based on strains of fungi and bacteria-antagonists do not affect adversely seeds germination and did not cause wilting of soybean seedlings. Growth-promoting activity of strains on soybean seedlings under laboratory con-ditions is revealed. The maximum increase in length and mass of roots is observed in variants with Xk-1 Chaeto-mium olivacium, Tv-2 Trichoderma viride, Tk-1 T. koningii, 12-2 Pseudomonas sp. and 14-3 Pseudomonas sp.
