The influence of therapeutic physical culture on human health

This article describes the role of therapeutic physical culture in human life, its impact on the body. The article also discusses contraindications to physical therapy, such as hypertension, fever, infectious diseases, foreign body in the body and much more. The article reveals the importance of physical education starting from a young age for the application of the knowledge provided in the future. The article also presents visual material demonstrating examples of exercises of therapeutic physical culture. In addition, the article contains visual material that shows the percentage of respondents' responses to the questionnaire; conclusions are drawn based on the results of the survey.
