Studies conducted with blood 32 donors have shown that under the influence of antigen Shigella Newcastle is determined by the specific reaction of erythrocytes (SRA) in the form of specific improve antigenspecific activity of erythrocytes (ASAE) donors to this antigen, and after contact of erythrocytes in vitro micro-doses of medicines, ATF, ascorbic acid and glucose observed nonspecific strengthening ASIA to the antigen. Moreover, there is an inverse relationship between the original values of ASIA and levels of their increase under the influence of drugs and microbial antigen and direct correlation between the levels of changes in ASIA, SRA to microbial antigens. After activation of erythrocytes drugs SRA antigen is not induced or level, the response of these blood cells has only a marginal character.
