Leader's personality influence on psychological climate in class

The article covers the results of an empirical study of a leader’s personality influence on the psychological climate in teenager groups. It describes the dynamics of leadership throughout senior juvenile age, age differences in psychological climate and leadership, a correlation between leader’s personality characteristics and parameters of psychological climate in classes of different age.
