Influence of lympostimulating therapy on cerebral hemodynamics status in patients who underwent craniocerebral trauma

Бесплатный доступ

The issue concerning redistribution of liquid between brain substance, blood channel and lymphatic system in patients who underwent craniocerebral trauma is discussed in the paper. Decreased elastic properties of extra-and intracranial arteries are described. Efficacy of several methods of anti-edema therapy in these patients is compared: using diuretics (furosemid) versus intravenous physiologic solution with subsequent indirect limphostimulation. The second method is preferred.
