Magnetic field influence on the properties of surface polaritons at the "semiconductor-insulator" Interface

The conditions are considered of TM surface wave existence on the interface of magnetized semiconductor and nonmagnetic dielectric with tensor and scalar permittivities. The components of the wave field, the dispersion relation, frequency-field and power characteristics of a semiconductor-insulator system are obtained for two cases of the linear semiconductor and Kerr nonlinearity semiconductor. It is shown that the influence of external magnetic field on these characteristics leads to the appearance of non-reciprocal properties of the surface polariton.
