This article studies the impact of demographic and macroeconomic factors on the financial stability of the pension system of the Russian Federation. The main indicators, both demographic and macroeconomic, which should be taken into account when making forecasts are indicated. In addition, the author presents the main measures that will improve the financial stability of the pension system of the Russian Federation.
