Effect of small additives Al2O3 on properties of ceramics system ZrO2-Y2O3-CeO2

On the powders of structure ZrO 2-2Y 2O 3-4CeO 2 produced by a method of chemical precipitation from inorganic precursor with application sol-gel technology, using methods of the differential thermal analysis and Raman spectroscopy was investigated influence of introduction of additives alumina on thermal effects and phase structure at heating. Influence of temperature of sintering and the contents alumina on a microstructure and the average size of a grain of ceramics is investigated. Chemical solubility and stability to accelerated "aging" the received ceramic material are determined.
