The Republic of Armenia, as a member state of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), inevitably faces uncertainty on world markets and is forced to adapt to the instability factor through, among other things, improving customs. This area requires special attention due to the fact that the country's customs regulation is one of the most effective mechanisms for influencing the success of the national economy and its individual subjects in the field of foreign economic activity (FEA). Within the framework of the presented work, it is supposed to study the degree of impact of customs regulation measures on the functioning of business in Armenia and identify tools that are more conducive or hindering the development of foreign trade agents of the Republic.
