The influence of the location and shape of the valve of the vibrating dispenser tray on the unevenness of dosing

The profitability and efficiency of the livestock industry depend on the feed base. It is known that in the technology of preparation of bulk feed mixtures, an important role belongs to dosing devices, including those using vibration. They allow to significantly improve the quality indicators. The article presents the results of experiments to assess the effect of the valve installation angle to the plane of the bottom of the vibrating dispenser tray on the unevenness of dosing of bulk feed. The nature of the interaction of bulk feed moving along the tray to the exit with the unloading valve is described. Various options for valves, their profile and location on the dosing tray of the vibrating dispenser are considered. Acceptable values β = 35-45 ° are determined, at which the error in dosing feed has minimal values. Visual graphical dependencies of the unevenness of dosing Cv on the angle of the valve installation to the plane of the bottom of the vibrating dispenser tray are presented.
