The impact of international financial institutions on the dynamics of the legal tradition of Russia

The article analyzes the characteristics of the impact of international financial institutions on the development of the Russian law. The negative consequences of globalization on national legal tradition have been shown. There is underlined the role of international financial institutions in the globalization process. In the article it has been concluded about necessity to protect the Russian legal tradition.
