Influence of interterritorial differentiation of resource providing on results of innovative reproduction in the Russian Federation

In article key factors of interterritorial differentiation and their influence on results of innovative reproduction are reflected in Russia. The considered imbalances can be overcome at the expense of effective federal policy of resource ensuring innovative reproduction and creation of equivalent living conditions in territorial subjects of the federation. Prerequisites of development of further researches of regional disproportions and a possibility of development of the combined indicators in various planes of measurement are defined. Detailed monitoring of disproportions allows to execute assessment of the current situation, to make the forecast for prospect taking into account the developing social and economic and innovative environment and also to introduce the corresponding amendments in territorial strategic programs.
