The migration of highly skilled workers attracts foreign direct investment, helps companies find investment opportunities abroad and increases per capita income by increasing productivity. This article discusses the pros and cons of migration for countries. It is concluded that governments should selectively approach migration policy by attracting highly qualified specialists.
