The impact of migration processes to the labor market of the Russian Federation

In recent years, the relevance of migration processes has become the object of close study. On the one hand, these processes are an important factor for stabilizing and maintaining the population within certain territorial units, on the other hand, they require regulation and control for national security purposes. The article provides a statistical analysis of population migration in recent years, as well as the distribution of migration flows by educational level, and examines the demand for professional groups with a high degree of competition. Since migration flows serve the economy, among other things, as an opportunity to fill the deficit in the labor market, the author's parameters for assessing a migrant worker have been formed, and a matrix for analyzing these parameters has been proposed.
