Influence of morality on the legal regulation of artificial termination of pregnancy

This article examines the problem of the necessary regulation of artificial termination of pregnancy with the help of law. The topic of the study is devoted to the eternal moral problem, which generates controversy in the modern world. The author outlines visual explanations of the role that law plays in moral and ethical issues. Examples have been collected showing the need to regulate this issue with the help of law. The explanations of why different social groups have different attitudes to the issue of abortion are presented. The experience of legislation of foreign countries is briefly considered.
