Each employee is a carrier of a unique potential, which can be determined as a multi-component indicator, the structure of which includes a whole set of components, in particular physical, intellectual, spiritual and socio-cultural strength. Accordingly, self-realization and the effectiveness of the use of each of the above components by a person largely depend on the living conditions and environment of the individual, internal stimuli, as well as tools of external motivation and a person's readiness for self-motivation. It is determined that social and economic factors of action on employees have the greatest regulatory potential, which is due to the natural need of a person for a sense of security, stability, social support and, of course, economic and financial confidence. Socio-economic motivation has a significant role in the processes of influencing the productivity of workers in each of the spheres of life. However, taking into account the specifics of organizations, the performance management strategy can change its tools, principles of action, although the content and goals remain stable. Actually, these aspects prove the importance of the study of problems.
