The influence of motivation on turnover of staff

Most organizations whose management does not want to invest in staff motivation and management suffer from high staff turnover. Based on this, there is a need to track how the lack of an effective motivation system can affect the level of staff turnover in a particular organization. In this paper, the problem of the influence of staff motivation on staff turnover is raised. To substantiate this influence, the level and causes of staff turnover in the advertising Service of JSC "Komsomolskaya Pravda" were analyzed, and the system of material and non-material incentives for the Department's employees was considered. As a result of the work, the shortcomings of the system of motivation of the advertising Service were identified, which caused a high level of staff turnover in the Department.
