The influence of staff motivation on the organization's activities on the example of the education department

In this paper, the features of staff motivation in the organization were studied, stimulation was comprehensively considered. The importance of linking the needs of the organization with the needs of employees, the need for parallels to demonstrate the high results of each employee and the organization as a whole is emphasized. The influence of mental and emotional relationships on the labor activity of employees is considered. A study and analysis of the motivation system of employees of the education department of the Maloyaroslavets district administration by testing and interviewing were carried out.
