Microorganisms resistance to antibiotics is a serious problem in modern studies. We have studied antibiotic sensitivity of microorganisms clinical strains after copper, nickel, titanium and manganese nanoparticles influence. Copper nanoparticles have genotoxic influence on gram-negative microorganisms that enhances the recovery of E. coli strain sensitivity to the number of beta-lactamic antibiotics including penicillin of extended action, paralyzer-protected penicillin and aminoglycosides (gentamicin). The influence of nickel, titanium and manganese nanoparticles has not led to any statistically significant changes in antibiotic sensitivity of Es-cherichia coli clinical strains.
