The article examines the problems in the field of corporate culture and the impact of training on the effectiveness of the organization. Based on the results of the personnel assessment, the problems of the study are formulated, ways of solving them are developed. The authors come to the conclusion that it is necessary to improve the skills and training of personnel in a timely manner, to establish qualitative and quantitative indicators of the effectiveness of training, as well as to personally provide employees with the opportunity to fulfill their duties as soon as possible with the help of new learned skills and work processes.
