The article is devoted to the impact of the organizational culture of public servants on their behavior. For this, the moral principles of the public service are considered as an instrument of the organizational culture of public servants and their ethical basis. Moral points and rules that are needed for compliance by all public servants are distinguished from various legal acts. In addition, there is a low level of compliance of the image of a public servant with modern requirements.
