The article deals with the influence of organizational culture on the process of overcoming resistance to change. The analysis of the concept of "organizational culture", highlighted its main components. Reveals the reasons for the resistance of staff to change, the relationship of organizational culture and the degree of resistance. Methods of overcoming resistance to organizational changes are proposed.
