Influence of organizational culture on development of the organization

Article is devoted to a research of influence of an organization culture on organization development in modern conditions. In this article multi-level nature of such influence is considered by authors. On the basis of researches, the role of a "strong" and "weak" organization culture on effectiveness of the organization is determined.
