The article examines the influence of organizational structure on the functioning of the organization. The influence of various types of organizational structures (hierarchical, functional, matrix, etc.) on management efficiency, internal processes and corporate culture is analyzed. Attention is also paid to the analysis of the relationship between the factors of the organization's structure, interaction between departments, communication at all levels and the general climate in the team. Additionally, the work examines the main aspects of the organization, in particular the role of structure in the formation of corporate values and features of personnel management. The work provides examples from the practice of large domestic organizations. Based on the analysis of the presented examples, conclusions are made about the advantages and disadvantages of various approaches to the organization of management.
