The influence of holidays on functional status of young male residents of the northeast Russia

The dynamic of morphofunctional status in 27 young males born in the Northeast Russia prior and after holydays is described. Positive tendencies in organism functioning, such as decrease of systolic blood pressure, energy expenditure and oxygen consumption along with improvement of phycho-physiological processes are recorded at the beginning of the working week.
