Influence of health-improving physical culture on the educational process of primary school students

Based on statistical data, we can say that 70% of functional disorders formed in primary classes develop into a persistent chronic pathology during school years and by the time of graduation [1, р.14]. The imperfection of educational and extracurricular activities, which leads to severe overloads, has a negative impact on the health of students [2, р.150]. The state of the educational regime in educational institutions is the main problem among the General problems of protecting and promoting the health of schoolchildren [3, р.27]. Analysis of the available scientific literature indicates insufficient development of this problem, which is more at the methodological level of study [4, р. 228]. Therefore, the relevance of the study is determined by the lack of specific studies that reveal the importance of using recreational physical education in the educational process.
