Impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the digitalization of the EU economy

The article examines the consequences of the coronavirus pandemic for the digitalization of the European Union economy. The main sectors of the digital economy, which developed most of all during the pandemic, are highlighted. The necessary actions to overcome the crisis period in the world economy and the EU economy are considered. The positive and negative features of the Covid-19 pandemic, which can comprehensively affect the economy of the European Union and its individual countries, are named. Considered the leaders of the European Commission's Digital Economy and Society Index for 2020.
