Influence of the pandemic of coronavirus infection on import substitution policy in the Russian Federation

The article analyzes the main economic indicators of the import substitution policy, against the background of the negative impact of coronavirus infection. Within the framework of this work, forecasts of socio-economic development and a set of state support measures aimed at leveling the adverse consequences in the Russian economy are studied. The results showed that without updating the existing import substitution programs and forming new tools to support the most affected industries in the context of the spread of the pandemic, it will not be possible to achieve key indicators of reducing dependence on imports.
