The synthesis of new chemical compounds with a muscle relaxant effect is still an urgent task. This paper presents studies of the effect of peripheral relaxants "MA-6" and "MA-7" on hematological and biochemical blood parameters, as well as on the macroscopic picture of the internal organs of white rats after their administration. Parenteral administration of compounds "MA-6" and "MA-7" to animals at a dose of 2.1 mg/kg leads to the achievement of the desired relaxing effect. The use of compounds "MA-6" and "MA-7" at a dose of 2.1 mg/kg led to muscle relaxation 10-15 minutes after administration and lasted for 10-20 minutes. In animals, a decrease in skeletal muscle tone was observed, reactions to tactile, pain and sound stimuli decreased, there was a slight myofibrillation of the body, tachycardia followed by bradycardia. The state of the animals is fully restored in 60-90 minutes after the injection, the hematological and biochemical parameters of the blood of the experimental groups are at the level of physiological parameters, and do not differ from those of the animals of the control group. The results obtained indicate that these relaxants, when administered parenterally, are metabolized into non-toxic compounds that do not cause side effects and do not have a negative effect on body parameters.
