Introduction. The article studies how reflection influences the self-organization of individuals. The purpose of this research is to reveal the characteristic features of this influence. Materials and Methods. The article is an analytical literature review on reflection based on post-non-classical principles of self-organization. Results. The author analyzes recent studies on reflection within the framework of structural, functional, phenomenological, attributive and substrate approaches. The exploratory ontology of reflection is revealed. The article describes such characteristics of integrity in reflection as intentionality as poly-oriented nature of reflection and polymodality of reflection. The author considers self-organization of personality as a result of reflection, which is a triangular network of modalities characterized by intentionality. The results indicate that certain features of personality self-organization depend on the predominance of one of the modalities in reflection. The author, within the framework of triangular relations of modalities, identifies twenty-two strategies of self-organization of individuals. Conclusions. The article concludes that polymodality of reflection determines the strategies of self-organization of individuals. Twenty-two strategies of personality self-organization are formed within eighteen modalities of reflection on the basis of their multilevel triangular relations.
